Exiting an employee from your business is tough for everyone involved – line managers, HR and, most of all, the exiting employee.  In order for the process to happen as positively and smoothly as possible, it is a good idea to offer the exiting employee some support in transitioning from your organisation.

NEW IN AUGUST 2020:  ONLINE OUTPLACEMENT PROGRAMME

In response to the number of organisations having to make redundancies this year, we have devised a UNIQUE and COST-EFFECTIVE outplacement programme that is delivered entirely online.

Rather than an online portal as offered by other outplacement firms, this is a comprehensive online step-by-step training programme with built-in group coaching support and an online support community.

At a cost of only £250 per person and full of expert training videos, group coaching, downloads and templates, it walks your employees through the full process of:

  • articulating strengths and using them to power up a job search
  • understanding career drivers and inner values
  • confidently talking about career achievements
  • creating a compelling CV that stands out from the crowd
  • tailoring a LinkedIn profile so that it attracts recruiters and hiring managers
  • creating a job search strategy that makes use of proactive and proven approaches
  • prioritising the activities which will yield the best results
  • being successful at interview
  • evaluating, negotiating, accepting or rejecting job offers
  • succeeding in a new role

OTHER OUTPLACEMENT PROGRAMMES

We understand that budgets vary and we take time with our corporate clients to understand your budget, how many employees are at risk and at what levels.  We then craft a solution that fits your requirements and offers the best possible employee experience.

1-2-1 Executive Programme

This programme builds the individual’s confidence in all aspects of a job search.  It has been designed to cover all the needs of the individual when making this transition. We support the emotional needs of the individual as well as offer practical support in interview technique, marketing and networking. 

This programme consists of five 90-minute 1-2-1 coaching sessions plus two 30 minute follow-ups. 

Indicative cost: £3,000 per person

 

1-2-1 Employee Programme

This delivers the content of the full career transition for a non-managerial role.  It has been designed to cover all the needs of the individual when making this transition.  We support the emotional needs of the individual as well as offer practical support in interview technique, marketing and networking. 

This programme consists of three 90-minute 1-2-1 coaching sessions.

In addition, our coach works with the individual to create a winning CV – our experts in CV writing will review the CV and offer recommendations for improvements. 

Indicative cost: £1,500 per person

 

Group Outplacement Programmes

If you are exiting more than one employee, you may want to offer a group programme
in order to be cost-effective.

One day clinics

If you have several exiting employees, you may want to offer them all one-to-one career transition coaching.  The programme can be tailored to be between three or six 90 minute sessions per person.  Our consultants can conduct up to four 90 minute sessions per day on your premises.

Indicative cost: £2,250 per day

Career Transition Workshop

This is a full day workshop that can be attended by up to 10 exiting employees.  Run by our experienced facilitators, this workshop covers:

  • Identifying strengths and values (pre-work)
  • How to create a winning CV (layout, what to include, what not to include)
  • How to deal with and handle headhunters and recruitment agencies
  • Online networking –how to use LinkedIn to raise your profile
  • In person networking (if level appropriate) – how to develop skills to raise your profile in person
    Interview tips and techniques
  • Action plan –creating an action plan for the job search and creating strategies to ensure it is carried out.

Indicative cost: £3,000 per workshop
