Pam is a fully qualified consultant, coach and OD expert who has worked with a range of organisations for more than 25 years helping deliver behaviour change at the organisational, team and individual level.
Pam helps people fall in love with their work. She has developed a groundbreaking approach to coaching known as Evidence Based Coaching. Evidence Based Coaching utilises scientifically proven techniques, questionnaires and interventions to raise self-awareness, align values and identify strengths and resources to leverage performance.
She is an ICF trained coach, a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and is registered with the British Psychological Society to interpret tests (Level A and B). She is also an MSc and MBA.
Maxine is a commercially focussed, client centred and engaging Senior Coach, Consultant and Facilitator with experience in organisations as diverse as Procter and Gamble, Diageo, Unilever, Bank NY Mellon, Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi, Barclays Wealth, Coca Cola, and TfL.
Maxine helps individuals to flourish. She acts as a catalyst for individual, group and organisational growth and builds harmonious relationships even with the most reticent. Peter has a background in HR and training. His wide experience includes Financial Services in the City, oil, telecommunications and construction and engineering. He is BPS accredited for testing and assessment and is a Fellow of the CIPD.
As a career and outplacement consultant, Peter delivers one-to-one coaching and group support to the corporate and private markets. He has worked as a consultant with over 85 organisations across most business sectors.
Peter works in a hands on way, helping his clients to build on their strengths. He offers impartial but focused advice using a range of supportive skills including coaching, mentoring and counselling. In addition, Peter brings a commercial outlook from having worked in many organisations both as an HR and Training specialist and as an external Coach and Consultant who has grown and managed a business.
Catherine spent 20 years in the corporate sector, as an HR Director and then as Managing Director and Group Board Director in a global marketing agency. This is where her fascination for harnessing the potential of people first began.
She has now been coaching for 14 years and brings this real-world experience into all her coaching programmes along with a portfolio of positive-centred tools and techniques. Her specialism is working with senior executives to positively navigate career transition, promotion and changes in the workplace.

An International Coaching Federation professionally accredited coach (PCC), Roderic has specialist experience in helping former servicemen effectively transition out of the military and find a second career. He believes that effectively negotiating the transition is about asking better questions to find a career that helps you fulfil what you want out of life, rather than just finding the next job.
A former Royal Marines Officer, Roderic led Marines on operations around the world. Highlights include serving in Afghanistan in 2007, evacuating civilians from Libya during the Arab Spring and leading the recapture of the 55,000-ton MV Montecristo from pirate control in 2011. He left the Royal Marines to work in the uranium enrichment industry before starting his own leadership development organisation.
He uses these experiences to support executives through change and transition, enabling enhanced career progression and fulfilment.
Pamela originally built her executive and business experience as a Corporate Lender in the Finance sector, gaining great knowledge of the workings of a wide range of business and sectors and qualifying as a Chartered Banker.
She combines this business acumen with in-depth people knowledge and experience as a Registered Occupational Psychologist. She has worked across a wide range of industry sectors including Financial, Media, Pharmaceuticals, Telecomm, Manufacturing and Professional services.
Pamela has an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Leicester. As well as being certified in many profiling tools, she is an AC Accredited Master Executive Coach. She is a Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
