I first met Alya three years ago as she was leaving a permanent role at Thomson Reuters following a reorganisation. She was determined to set herself up in an interim career. Over the last three years, Alya has created a successful career in interim project management roles. In this video she shares the benefits and drawbacks of being an interim as well as offering some great advice for anyone considering this sort of career.
